2 out of 5 lights that I bought were not working. I contacted Civeed and they replaced them without hesitation. Excellent service and product.

Service is excellent as are goods

The trousers do what they say there warm and waterproof and comfy - however their size guide needs updating for the sizes they recommend - 3 pairs later now they fit perfectly - must say there customer service although a bit slow they sent me a second pair free and I only had to pay postage for the third pair that fits - all in all happy with the product now they fit

Satisfied with the service and the jacket is pretty warm Postage was very quick, which is a novelty these days.
